About this bike
The 2025 Sur-Ron Light Bee X pairs a 60 V 40 Ah (2.4 kWh) removable battery with an 8 kW-peak mid-drive motor and FOC sine-wave controller. Manufacturer figures: 46.6 mph top speed, 266 Nm (196 ft-lb) of wheel torque, 125.6 lb curb weight, 830 mm (32.6 in) seat height.
The Light Bee X is the bike that defined the light e-moto category, and it still has the deepest aftermarket of any electric dirt bike: controllers, batteries, suspension, wheels, brakes and body parts are all available off the shelf. The 2025 revision raises peak power from 6 kW to 8 kW, moves the rear wheel from 19 in to 18 in for a wider tyre choice, switches the brakes to DOT fluid to resist fade, and revises the seat.
The forged aluminium frame carries an inverted front fork with 200 mm (7.9 in) of travel and a multi-link rear end with 210 mm (8.3 in) of wheel travel. Four-piston hydraulic calipers front and rear. Wheelbase is 1,255 mm, ground clearance 270 mm, rated load 220 lb. Tyres are 70/100-19 front and 3.00-18 rear.
Range: Sur-Ron rates 46.6 mi at a steady 25 mph. Trail range is lower and depends on rider weight, terrain and throttle use. The pack charges from 20 to 80 percent in about 2 hours on the included 10 A charger and lifts out of the frame for charging indoors.

Bikes leave within 3 business days and arrive curbside in about a week — the carrier calls to schedule delivery. Pick up in Colorado Springs and it is free, with our pre-delivery inspection: uncrated, torqued, charged and test-ridden with you. Reserve bikes ship on the ETA printed above. Street-legal?
Every bike ships as an off-road / closed-course machine. Supermoto wheels do not make a bike street-legal on their own; titling, lighting and registration are the rider's responsibility and vary by state. Ask us before you buy if the street is the plan.
