Shipping & freight
Free crated freight on every complete bike to any address in the lower 48 (DC included). Bikes leave within 3 business days and arrive curbside in about a week — the carrier calls to schedule delivery. Pick up in Colorado Springs and it is free, with our pre-delivery inspection: uncrated, torqued, charged and test-ridden with you. Reserve bikes ship on the ETA printed above. Wheel sets ship free; other add-on parts ship separately at their normal rate. No shipping to AK, HI, territories, APO/FPO or international.
Warranty & returns
12-month manufacturer warranty.
Every bike is covered against manufacturing defects present at delivery. Beyond that, coverage is the manufacturer's where the brand offers one, and it's shown above when it applies. Cancel any bike for a full refund before it ships; once shipped, a complete bike is non-refundable. See the refund policy for details.
Street-legal?
No. Every bike ships as an off-road / closed-course machine and is sold for off-road, private-property and closed-course use only. Supermoto wheels do not make a bike street-legal. Always check the rules where you ride.

Not sure which one?
Tell us where you ride. We'll tell you what to buy.
Rider weight, terrain, budget. We ride all of these and we'll steer you to the right platform — including the cheaper one if that's the answer.
How does it arrive?
It ships free — within 3 business days, about a week to your door. Or pick it up in Colorado Springs and we do the pre-delivery inspection with you.
Street-legal?
No. Every bike ships as an off-road machine and is sold for off-road, private-property and closed-course use only. Always check the rules where you ride.
Warranty
Coverage depends on the brand. Where a bike carries a manufacturer warranty, it's printed on that bike's page. We're an actual service shop, so claims get handled on a lift here, not by email.
What does Reserve mean?
Your payment locks a unit from the next shipment. The ETA is printed on the bike's page and we email you the day it lands.
