Where we ship

We ship to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, or internationally — that applies to every category, including apparel.

Free pickup + free PDI in Colorado Springs

Pick up any order free at RYVOX MOTO, 1830 Palmer Park Blvd, Unit B, Colorado Springs, CO 80909. Choose Pickup at checkout; we email you the moment it is staged. Text or call (719) 791-1971 before you drive out so we can confirm someone is on site, and bring your order confirmation and a photo ID.

RYVOX apparel is the one exception: it always ships, and pickup is not offered on it at checkout.

Every complete bike picked up here gets our free pre-delivery inspection: uncrated, torqued, charged and test-ridden with you. PDI is a pickup-only service — bikes that ship by freight arrive crated exactly as the manufacturer packed them.

Complete bikes

  • Every complete bike ships free to any address in the lower 48 and DC — crated LTL freight, curbside.
  • Bikes marked In stock or “Ships within 3 days” leave within 3 business days and arrive about 5–7 days after they ship (factory-direct bikes work differently; see Factory-direct bikes below). The carrier calls to schedule delivery, so use a phone number you answer. If a bike is going to take materially longer than that, we tell you before it ships and you can cancel for a full refund.
  • Parts on the same order ship separately at their normal rate. A bike and a battery pack on one order: the bike ships free and the pack ships at $125.
  • Some bikes need a liftgate or a dock; we confirm what your delivery needs before it leaves.
  • Inspect the crate before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery — a signed clean receipt makes a freight claim very hard to win.

Reserve bikes

A bike marked Reserve is sold from a specific incoming production run rather than off our floor. A deposit at checkout (the amount is shown on the bike’s page) reserves a unit from that run; the ETA on the product page is our current estimate and we email you the moment it lands. The balance is charged to the same card you used at checkout when your bike lands at our shop, before it ships. We email you about two days before that charge, and you can update your card from the link in that email. You can cancel for a full refund of your deposit any time before the bike ships — once it ships it is a normal order and the Returns policy applies.

Factory-direct bikes

A bike whose product page says it ships from the factory is sent straight from the manufacturer. It leaves the factory within 1–2 weeks of your order and spends about 6–8 weeks in transit, so most arrive 8–10 weeks after you order. Shipping is included and there are no hidden fees: the price you pay at checkout covers the bike and its delivery, with nothing to pay the carrier on delivery. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout like any other order. International freight and customs can run long, so these dates are estimates; we email tracking the day the bike ships. If it can’t leave the factory within 2 weeks, we email you a new date and you can cancel for a full refund. You can cancel free any time before it ships. Once it ships it can’t be cancelled, and the Returns policy applies.

Pickup. Prefer to collect it? Choose Pickup at checkout and we have the bike delivered to our Colorado Springs shop instead, on the same timeline, with our free pre-delivery inspection when you collect it.

On our floor. When we have one of these bikes in our shop, its page shows In stock. Pick it up free with our PDI, or add the optional Skip the wait upgrade ($500) and we ship it from Colorado Springs within 3 business days, about 5–7 days to your door. Without the upgrade, a shipped order goes out free from the factory on the timeline above.

Parts and accessories

  •  Weight-tiered at checkout: up to 5 lb $9.95 · 5–20 lb $19.95 · 20–35 lb $44.95 · 35–60 lb $59.95 · 60–120 lb $89.95 · over 120 lb $249 LTL.
  • Parts orders leave within 1–3 business days (3–5 in peak weeks). You get tracking the moment a label is cut. If you have not seen tracking in 5 business days, email support@ryvox.com and we chase it.
  • If an unusually bulky order comes in materially different from the rate you were charged, we contact you before shipping. We never surprise-bill freight, and we refund any over-collection.

Wheel sets and supermoto sets

  • Wheel sets and supermoto conversion sets ship at the weight-tiered parts rate shown at checkout (most sets fall in the 35–60 lb tier, $59.95).
  • Stocked sets ship in 1–3 business days. A supermoto set marked Reserve is sold from an incoming shipment: paid in full at order, cancel free any time before it ships, and it flips to In stock the day it lands.
  • Built-to-order Warp 9 wheels and wheel sets are laced and trued to your spec. Most builds ship in 2–6 weeks; forged tubeless builds can take up to 8. The product page shows the current window.
  • Wheel sets always ship separately from a bike, so a bike never waits on a wheel build.
  • Wheel sets ship bare unless the listing includes rotors or a sprocket; what you configured is what ships.
  • Supermoto conversion installs are done in our Colorado Springs shop only.

Lithium battery packs

Battery packs are UN3480 and ship ground only with signature required — no air, no expedited service, no exceptions. Battery shipping is $125 for one pack and $250 for two or more. Ship it somewhere a person can sign; undeliverable packs that come back to us incur return freight at your cost.

Addresses, delays, damage

Check your address before you submit. We can usually fix an address if you email within a couple of hours; once a label is cut, carrier address changes cost money and we pass that through. Transit time is out of our hands once a carrier has it, but we open and run the claim on anything lost or damaged — email support@ryvox.com.
