A light, quick-swap-battery mini with wheelie control and a trackside remote cut-off.
About this bike
8 kW peak, 185 Nm at the rear wheel, a 58 V 22 Ah quick-release battery, 40 mph and 86 lb. The 2026 Hyper Bee is the smallest bike in the Sur-Ron range: a 14"/12"-wheel mini e-moto on a forged-aluminum frame, running the same PMSM motor and MTPA/MTPV controller architecture as the Light Bee and Ultra Bee.
The 2026 version is a new bike rather than a colour refresh. Peak power rises from 5 kW to 8 kW, the system moves from 50.4 V to 58 V, and the frame is now forged aluminum. The battery releases in about ten seconds and charges 20-80% in roughly two hours through a sealed magnetic port. New rider aids include SAWC anti-wheelie control (gyroscope-based, switchable), a three-stage throttle curve, three ride modes plus reverse, adjustable regen and an integrated T-Box for GPS and app monitoring. The wireless remote carries over and lets a second person change power modes or cut power from trackside.
Chassis: a 35 mm inverted fork with 170 mm of travel and adjustable compression and rebound, an air rear shock with 185 mm of wheel travel, and hydraulic disc brakes with 180 mm front and 160 mm rear rotors. The seat adjusts from 665 to 705 mm; ground clearance is 240-260 mm; the load rating is 143 lb.
Range: Sur-Ron rates 35 mi at a steady 25 mph. Full-throttle riding cuts into that quickly, which is where the two-hour fast charge and the swappable pack earn their keep.
In the box: bike, 58 V 22 Ah battery, charger, wireless remote, torque tool kit and the Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin. Colours seen at US dealers: Black, Green, Yellow and Blue.

Street-legal?
Every bike ships as an off-road / closed-course machine. Supermoto wheels do not make a bike street-legal on their own; titling, lighting and registration are the rider's responsibility and vary by state. Ask us before you buy if the street is the plan.
