RYVOX Builds
COMPLETE MACHINES.
Custom e-moto and race builds from the RYVOX floor — inspiration you can shop.
Custom builds.
Tell us what you want the bike to do. We will tell you what it takes, in writing, with real numbers — before you spend anything.
How it works
It starts with a consultation. We talk about how you ride, where you ride, what frustrates you about the bike now, and what the budget actually is. Then you get a written build sheet: platform, power target, controller and motor pairing, battery requirement, suspension spec, wheel and brake package, and the total.
The consultation deposit is credited in full against the build. If you decide not to go ahead, the build sheet is yours to keep and take anywhere.
What we build
Street conversions. Supermoto wheels, brake conversion, lighting, and the paperwork conversation. The most requested build we do.
Power builds. Controller, motor and pack as a matched set. The mistake we see most often is a big controller feeding a stock pack — we size the whole system together.
Suspension rebuilds. Fork and shock chosen for your weight and riding, not off a chart.
Full customs. Powder coat, one-off parts, and whatever you have been sketching on your phone at 1 a.m.
Timing
Simple conversions are a few days. Full custom builds depend on parts lead time and powder coat availability — usually two to four weeks. We tell you the real timeline up front, including the parts we are waiting on.
Custom builds
One machine at a time.
A RYVOX build starts as your bike on our Colorado Springs, CO shop floor. We spec the wheels, suspension, brakes and controls around the platform you ride and the terrain you ride it on, then assemble and dial it in here — the same team that sells the parts fits them.
Tell us the platform and what you want out of it and we'll put a build sheet together with you.
